Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Isocline Software LLC ("Isocline," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Tachline, our sales-content platform, and its website (together, the "Service"). Tachline lets teams organize their sales content, share it with buyers, and measure how that content performs. This policy covers the information involved in providing the Service, including data from optional integrations you choose to connect.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name, email address, organization, and role, so you can sign in and be granted access.
  • Content you add. Documents and files you upload or mount from a connected source, and the way you organize them.
  • Integration data. Data from services you choose to connect — such as content sources and CRM systems. See Integrations for details.
  • How you use the Service. Your activity within the product — such as the links and shares you create and the actions you take. We use this to operate, personalize, and improve Tachline, and we expect these features to grow over time.
  • Engagement data. When you share content, we record engagement with that content — such as which pages of a document were viewed and for how long — so you can measure how your content performs.
  • Usage and device data. Standard technical and analytics information such as IP address, browser type, and log data, used to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and enforce access controls; to provide the engagement measurement features that are core to Tachline; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only:

  • As you direct — for example, with the recipients of share links you create.
  • With service providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf (such as cloud infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services), bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • For legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
  • In a business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, consistent with this policy.

Integrations

Tachline offers optional integrations you can connect to bring content into your library and to choose who you share with. You initiate each connection through the provider's consent screen, we access only the data needed to provide the features you turn on, and you can disconnect at any time.

Content sources

A content source lets you bring folders and files into your Tachline content library — such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or a similar service. You choose which folders and files to mount; Tachline then downloads and stores copies of just those items, along with their folder structure and metadata, in Tachline's own storage, so you can organize, share, and measure engagement on them within Tachline. We access only the items you select — we do not scan or index the rest of your account — and, when you sync changes, we may write updated versions back to the source. We use this data solely to provide the features you turn on; we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Limited Use of Google user data

Where a content source connects through Google APIs, Tachline's use and transfer of information received from those APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Accordingly, Tachline:

  • only uses this data to provide and improve the user-facing features described above;
  • does not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your consent;
  • does not use it for serving advertising of any kind; and
  • does not allow humans to read it unless we have your specific consent, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

CRM systems

When you connect a CRM (such as Salesforce), Tachline reads the account and contact records you need to select recipients for a share link. We access only the records required for that purpose and use them solely to provide the sharing features you turn on.

Disconnecting and deleting integration data

  • You can disconnect any integration from Tachline at any time; doing so deletes the stored connection credential.
  • Unmounting a folder or source deletes Tachline's copies of that content.
  • For a Google source, you can also revoke Tachline's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Deleting your organization or account removes the associated integration credentials and mounted content. You may also email us at privacy@tachline.ai to request deletion.

How we store and protect data

  • Connection credentials (such as the OAuth refresh tokens that keep an integration alive) are encrypted at rest using a per-organization data-encryption key.
  • Your content is stored within Tachline's infrastructure and access-controlled by the same permission system that governs the rest of your library. It is visible only to members of your organization who have been granted access, and to the recipients of any share link you choose to create.
  • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) between you, Tachline, and any connected service.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Integration credentials and mounted content are removed when you disconnect, unmount, or delete your account, as described above.

Security

We protect information using encryption in transit and at rest, per-organization key isolation for sensitive credentials, access controls, and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit the impact of any incident.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@tachline.ai.

Children's privacy

Tachline is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
