About
Sales enablement should work for every growing company.
Marketing teams invest enormous time and energy creating content to help salespeople succeed.
But creating the content is only the beginning. Salespeople need to find the right material for each conversation, understand when to use it, and share it without disrupting how they work. Marketers need to know what is being used, what prospects engage with, and what is actually helping move deals forward.
That is the promise of sales enablement: connect the work marketers create with the sales conversations where it matters, and use the results to make both better.
The problem is real. The existing solutions are too heavy.
Today's sales enablement platforms can be powerful. They can also be expensive, complicated, and difficult to operate.
Over time, the category has increasingly been shaped around the needs of the world's largest enterprises: long implementations, extensive configuration, specialized administrators, and large suites of features built for many different teams and use cases.
For companies with the budget and organizational capacity to support all of that, it can make sense. For everyone else, adopting sales enablement software can become a larger undertaking than the problem it was supposed to solve.
We believe growing companies deserve another option.
A lighter approach to sales enablement
Tachline is building a sales enablement platform that is fast to adopt, straightforward to operate, and pleasant to use. It starts with the essentials:
- Keep sales content organized and current.
- Help salespeople find the right material for the right situation.
- Make content easy to share with prospects.
- Show salespeople how prospects are engaging.
- Help marketers understand what is being used and what is working.
Tachline is designed to deliver those capabilities without requiring a months-long implementation or a dedicated team to administer the software. Sign up, configure what matters to your organization, and start using it.
Simple does not mean small
Tachline is built for companies that want no-fuss sales enablement, but it's also serious business software: designed to scale, enterprise-grade security, thoughtful permissions, reliable integrations, API-first architecture, support for large content libraries, and the ability to support more sophisticated requirements as customers grow.
Our goal is not to reproduce every feature accumulated by legacy platforms. Instead, it's to support the capabilities you need, and make sure the whole product remains coherent, responsive, and easy to understand.
Technology should remove work, not create theater
AI has the potential to dramatically improve sales enablement, but most of what's out there is just hype, a sprinkling of AI branding on top of traditional software.
We believe AI belongs in a product when it can perform real work: organizing and maintaining content, helping salespeople craft relevant messages, improving search, and making sense of engagement data.
Thus our vision for AI in Tachline is solving real friction instead of just creating a splashy but useless chatbot character.
Built from experience
Tachline was founded by Isaac Cambron, a software engineer and technology leader with 22 years of experience building software.
Before founding Tachline, Isaac spent four years as a Vice President of Engineering at Seismic, where he led engineering organizations responsible for analytics, integrations, and content engagement. That experience provided a firsthand view of what sales enablement software can accomplish, as well as why the category has become inaccessible to so many companies.
Isaac has spent nearly a decade building products with machine learning and AI and holds a computer science degree from MIT.
Tachline is the result of a simple conviction: sales enablement is valuable, but it should not have to be enormous, expensive, or exhausting.
